We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a provider, that any provider will contact you within a particular timeframe, or that any work performed by a matched provider will meet a particular standard. We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, licensing, insurance status, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by any restoration company you are matched with. Any agreement for services is solely between you and that provider.

3. Referral Fees

We may receive a fee from restoration companies when a request we refer leads to a service engagement. This fee is paid by the provider, not by you, and does not affect the price you are quoted or charged.

4. Your Responsibility When Hiring a Provider

You are solely responsible for vetting any provider you're matched with before authorizing work. We strongly encourage you to confirm current Idaho contractor registration (where applicable), request proof of general liability insurance, and obtain a written estimate before work begins.

5. Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA)

By submitting the contact form and checking the consent box, you provide your electronic signature and express written consent for Boise Water Damage Help and the restoration companies we refer you to, to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided — including by phone call, text message (SMS), and prerecorded or autodialed messages — regarding your water damage request. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and message/data rates may apply. You may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by emailing boisewaterdamagehelp@gmail.com.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a request. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your request being declined or your access to the Site being restricted.

7. Intellectual Property
